PARQUET Woven Walnut Planks—White Gold Dust, the exclusivity of a precious weave. Refined and chic, like the texture of a fine fabric. Precious and brilliant, thanks to the application of white gold powder that gives fascinating reflections of light. Rich in variegated veins and nuances, intrinsic characteristics of the wood from which it comes to life, the American walnut. These are the three faces of the Walnut parquet woven in powdered white gold by Cadorin, a concentration of innovation and elegance. To create this product, the Venetian company has taken two patented collections—Listoni Oro and Tracce di Listoni—and has skilfully mixed them. The result is a new product, also covered by an international patent, ready to enter the most original and exclusive settings. While Listoni Oro is the line created for a demanding clientele who loves luxury and has different finishes in Dust, Gold Leaf, Mother of Pearl or Gold Paints, the Tracce di Listoni collection is distinguished by real reliefs imprinted in the wood, an absolute innovation in the design of parquet flooring. Woven Walnut Planks—White Gold Dust combines the qualitative and aesthetic advantages of both collections, resulting in a real piece of furniture that reveals the personality—in this case undoubtedly strong—of those who live in the house. This parquet develops, in particular on the surface, a weave in relief never seen before, almost as if to recreate a mesh that wraps around the entire floor. This special process, called Tessuto, is not only pleasing to the eye and to the touch: it also makes the surface of the wood particularly hard and compact, increasing the resistance of the floor to walking. Texture CORTEC, which reproduces on wood the irregular and fascinating texture of the bark of trees: The reproduction on the Cadorin plank of the irregular and at the same time fascinating texture of the bark of trees becomes the new texture CORTEC of the TRACCE DI LISTONI collection. CORTEC processing is not just a drawing but a real surface processing of wood in
three-dimensional relief and can be carried out on all the woods of the Cadorin production. Once again the Venetian company takes its cue for its creations from what can be admired in nature: CORTEC is an original decoration that all of us walking through the trees can identify. Each tree has its own bark texture, but the most worked are those of the oaks, chestnut, larch and fir that are characterized by the wooden structure formed by many textures formed by
plates different from each other. The surface relief work, carried out by Cadorin through multi-relief designs the texture of the bark and at the same time allows the wood to become particularly hard and compact, increasing the resistance to footsteps of the wooden surface. CORTEC, just like the other products in the Tracce di Lamoni collection, can be applied to parquet strips used for both horizontal (floor) and vertical (wall) coverings. The CORTEC texture can be further customised in a variety of finishes and colours: from the gold or mother-of-pearl finishes, which give the surface a great brilliance and exclusivity, to the various shades of colour of the various Cadorin collections: from white to the colour of Sugar Paper and Wengé black. The Tracce di Listoni collection is a line patented by Cadorin that offers new perspectives and shapes on a wooden board. In addition to the Textile and Cortec textures, it also includes the Vele process, which reproduces the design of the VELE (sails) on the wooden surface, and the Ghiaia process, which reproduces the natural effect of gravel on the wood.
Cadorin Group will be present 25-28 September in Munich for the Monaco Yacht Show and between 6 and 9 Octobr in London for Decorex.
