Spread across 1800 sq ft area in the construction of Lodha group. This project for a client located in thane is a balance of aesthetic design and refined luxury that reflects the client’s lifestyle. Architect Milind Pai team specially crafted this project as per the brief which was to create a functional, modern, and efficient design with a flamboyant look. The Milind Pai team has conceptualized a design keeping in mind the people who occupy it with a mission to develop great designs that survive test of time.
With welcoming entrance of house the living room was a balance of clean-lined and contemporary design which brings out the interiors of this space. With modern accent which caters to the youthful taste of the client and no loud element the living room redefines luxury. The TV unit partition designed in rough wood and mirror finished ACP is the striking element of the whole design. In order to create feel of white house, artificial marble from leading brands are used. The niche created for serene statue of Buddha is the key corners for the success recipe of the design and fills the place with sacredness. To suit the design sensibilities and clients requirement ceiling pattern is kept simple with just a cove light and custom made furniture occupies the central part of the project.
The dining room is a seamless part of living room wherein, the ceiling design plays the pivotal role to divide two areas has wooden bands of ceiling adding to the richness and obliterating the monotony of simple ceiling and elevating the overall living experience.
Kitchen is the area where series of task based work centers. The color black and white dominates the whole theme of kitchen wherein further splashes are provided by the brown color of wall tiles.
The passage designed to complement the existing area leads to guest cum study, parents, kids and master bedroom
Relaxing and privacy are what most of us look for in master suit and the master bedroom of the client is the perfect blend of both with added aesthetics and lavishness. The golden color of wallpaper with brown and white tones set this room with astounding simplicity. The interplay of ceiling accentuated with the yellow cove lighting adds to the splendid feeling in the room.
The guest cum study room with white walls has a minimalistic appeal. Further sparkle is provided by the design of the book shelf which is in flow with the design of the room. The linear simplicity of the design makes way for a modern décor in the interiors.
The parent’s room is designed on modern, functional and practical lines keeping in mind the age group of the occupant. The tones of brown with backrest in fabric and the mirror design on wall dominate the room and the window let in the daylight into the interiors
The kids’ bedroom is the clear contrast to the design as a whole as per the psychology of the child with the use of bright and energetic colors reveals the Chief Architect-Milind Pai. We have opted for the wall tattoos and the design of wardrobe in pattern of puzzle made of colorful laminate becomes focal point forming unique style.
