The black and red color on walls ceiling and flooring with cove lighting on all three sides leads to the bright and vivacious bright reception area. And on the other wall of passage was the graphical representation of their global presence as on now with an opening for staircase with blends with design. Behind the reception is the signage of their other firms. On the opposite side of entrance is the entry for Starcom. The graphics on one side reception wall resembles performance, metrics and results achieved by the firm. The interplay of ceiling accentuated with cove lighting and the splendid entrance adorns the design.
Behind the reception are the two meeting rooms, the entrance for which is through the workstation area. One of the meeting rooms have the graphical representation of the quotes of firm with rectangular meeting table and cove lighting. And in the other has circular sit-out with plasma on wall for presentations with a distinct red color hanging light.
The door from the reception area leads to workstations department. The work area is broadly segregated in two zones by means of a passage. One side having 12 low height cubical cabins in L shape for seniors and the other side having 97 linear workstations for employees. The passage, reception and breakout have flooring in vitrified tiles and the workstation zone and meeting room has carpet flooring. This area is encircled with Breakout zone and Pantry. The workstations have modular furniture with desks systems and half height storages. The graphics on wall of cubical cabins display the reach of the agency and the various modes of advertising. The graphics on columns exhibit the various chief heads of the branding agency all over globe and their readiness to take on the world and reach new heights. Whereas the graphics on workstation are the sayings of the CEO of the agency with the symbolical representation. The ceiling in this zone is exposed with ducts running all over with the race track. There are hanging lights in this zone hanged above each workstation with the rear entry in fire solid doors.
The directors’ office that opens in a passageway where the work zone is stationed has a glass partition. The wooden flooring breaks the monotony of vitrified and carpet flooring. The table is designed in oval to accent the area. The wall behind has the display of the various achievements of the firm with the column having plasma display. The interplay of ceiling accentuated with cove lighting adorns the design. There is added opening in this area which opens in the breakout area this is designed as per the requirement of the director.
The breakout area around the periphery has its own ‘Autonomy’ with a small pantry and dine. This area has a book display with snooker area, group sit-out and the leisure area for resting. It has low height plantations to divide breakout area of director then that for rest of employees.
