The modest requirement of the client of a 4 room weekend home was intelligently planned and spread out over the courtyards to give it an expanse of a 5,000 sq plus spatial layout.
The staircase leading to the master bedroom is a cantilevered rcc frame moulded in terrazzo to give it one homogenous feeling as it climbs up.
An open to sky dining setup outside the master bedroom at the first level allows for in indulgent experience of breakfast & dining

We spread the bungalow along the length of the property allowing it open through large fenestrations opening on to the deep decks and a series of courtyards.
The free standing fins in front of the entrance porch act as a dramatic definition to the drive way . The fins create a varying pattern of reflections in the deep black water body as the sun path changes through the day.
Architecture is all about offering indulgent experiences through various spaces. This deck attached to the living room is shaded under a large over hung roof. The deck is styled with wooden poofs and deep bucket seating . The deep over hang of the roof shelters the core inner spaces from the rains while allowing the family to enjoy the weather too from the deck.
A casual low seating in a free standing thatched roof gazebo offers the perfect space for some casual conversations or a moment of retrospection admits the vastness of the landscape.
