Purchased several Asko kitchen appliances for my new apartment. I have had a terrible experience with customer support since then. The microwave I purchased never worked from the time it was installed. I contacted customer support team via the toll free number provided and after several follow ups they sent a technician to take a look at it. The person was not able to fix it and recommended to get a replacement. I continued to follow up every week and each time I get an excuse to give me a couple of days and we will resolve it...fast forward it's now been 3 months and still no resolution. Nobody follows up or provides you an update, you have to continuously call them. There is absolutely no accountability or ownership. A very careless attitude and promises not kept. Overall my experience is extremely disappointing. I would recommend looking for a different brand that values their customers and provides better customer support.
Absolutely unprofessional and no value for commitments. Once the entire amount is received by them in advance, nobody cares to response no matter how poorly their product has been installed and left unfinished. One has to keep calling them everyday only to get lame excuses for not sending the concerned person, when you're lucky. The profile for the glass partition received was in 2 different shades, as opposed to what was selected and looked terrible.
The kind of service and quality expected is much inferior to what they promise for their price.
Subbaraju and Arbaz handled this project. Please think twice before splashing your money here as once your amount is paid, nobody cares about how the product is installed and the persons involved refuse to take your calls. Simply pathetic.
Cheeters, frad store, we ordered 15 stonelam sheets , after 100% payment they delivered 2 air crack sheets, without showing them at the time of delivery, they hided them between sheets & when our person at site insisted to show each & every sheet , they said removing from pallet may damage the sheets & its at customer risk & left from site, we informed the same to Arbaz he responded & promised to exchange & months passed still he's saying the same & Srikrishna their godown incharge knows about this damage sheets , he will plan all the damaged sheets to hide & delivered. Don't believe them & pay amounts.
They have minimum to no knowledge and they mention everything is included and upon billing they are charging extra for delievery, cutting granite and installation. The customer experience is totally damaged. How and why they are runni g this business i have no idea. probably the worst experience one can ask for after spending near 40k rs.
