In Interiors industry, many claim about 45 days work completion. I have heard so many stories where work was extended till 90 days. I am really happy that Dream Modular completed my house work in less than 45 days. The materials used is also of the highest quality (Hettich, Century ply etc.). One more thing I liked about them is that they are very professional & organized, you don’t need to follow up to know the progress, they share daily progress photos on whatsapp.

This is our second home in Hyderabad where we have taken the services from Dream Modular. They are the most professional and well spoken staff among the industry. They are cost effective and quality interior service providers in Hyderabad. The quality of the materials used is of the highest grade (Centuryply, Hettich, Ebco, etc..). They have a 45 day guarantee, but we were in a tight spot and wanted to do puja of our flat ASAP and requested the Dream Modular management to complete the flat in 30 days if possible. They infact completed all the work (Woodwork , Granite n Tiles , Painting, etc...) in 25 days. This has to be a record in the industry, that too without compromising on the quality. Additionally, they stayed within the guidelines provided by Aparna management and without any complaints from the neighbors.
They provide detailed 3D designs and they accomodate the changes very patiently. They provide free consultation and quotation. The site engineer Atif ensured smooth execution and used to share pictures from the site on a daily basis along with details of the progress made. They accomodated few additional requests too during the process of work.
We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend their services to anyone seeking personalized and quality interior design experience.

I'm an old customer of Dream Modular and they have delivered good quality service. They send service person free of cost if your material is damaged within 2 years. Dream Modular has improved in their quality and service over the years. I have taken their service in 2019 and 2023 and I must say their professionalism and timeliness has imoroved a lot. One of the worst organizations. Has poor designers who need all help from the customer to come up with designs (they don't have any basic creative ideas!), poor execution all the day, no last mile delivery (their cleaning and making sure the laminates are not broken will surprise you!), only interested in taking money. God knows who is accountable for the site ( I had to deal with 2-3 people and all of them resigned). One of my worst experiences getting interiors done from day one. I don't even have motivation to list out all the thing they messed up as I would have to write a 4 page essay. If someone thinks i'm lying and wants to get work done by them, drop me a mail and we can chat !

Did your project manager ever visit the site (the only person who i met had no clue about the previous project manager)? Are you saying with certainty that your quality of output is fine? If yes, good for you. I don't think there is any value in wasting my time with this discussion. If you want I can share transcripts and photos of your QoS and you can deal with it.
Update2:
You charged if I'm not wrong 8-10K for deep cleaning of each flat. When discussion during the quotation you mentioned that you get it done by an external firm and that's what they charge. My sense of deep cleaning is someone coming with vacuums etc and doing a spec cleaning of the flat, not 1-2 people coming and doing manual half job where they don't even have a broom! Is that the deep cleaning you are selling?

Your flat incharge had no answer on why the wall was chipped and he was saying that MyHome did a poor job and so the wall chipped off and it's not his responsibility. What is your take on that? While it was fixed eventually what's your exact site manager v/s project manager responsibility and who is the POC?

There is no communication on who is the POC who is still working with your organization? I had to call 2-3 people who were in contact with me only to learn that they left your organization. Isn't there a protocol of informing clients on who the new POC is?

We owned a new flat E - 705 in Honer Vivantis. Based on our evaluation of other four interior firms, we have finally appointed ‘Dream Modular’ as our interiors.
Whatever they have committed in the quotation in terms of materials, brand and service levels and the same are provided during the execution of our project. More importantly, they are transparent in their process and very affordable interior company when it comes to pricing and materials they used.
One more thing, which we would like to share here that when all other four interior guys have deliberately said our kitchen space is not good enough to accommodate dish washer, microwaven and oven, Dream moduler design team has come out with a wonderful open kitchen design to accommodate all above and we are delighted to see all are in place and functional effortlessly.
We are extremely satisfied and happy with the final out put of our flat interiors. They are customer centric, affordable and in particular very seasoned players in the interior industry.

Dream Modular(DM) has done interiors for my 2100 sq.ft flat at a very economical price with good quality 3 years back. 80% of the work at site was completed within 3 weeks which enabled me to move in quickly. Recently when I had small issues , they arranged free service and replacements of the parts etc at no extra cost.. Wishing DM team to do more good work n grab many such projects.. I am impressed they being socially responsible in distributing food to the needy during Covid times

1. Most paneling work is done in factory, so finish is way better than work done in flat
