As someone from the architecture, design and construction industry, and a practising architect- ILl recommend you to never go with the brand. I don’t know how they score customers, but to us they’ve only come across as someone to extort money, with pleas to finish their pending works. Please be careful while working with them- ensure you have an LD clause and a penalty clause in place before you sign up with them.
Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional people. I even paid in advance and that was a complete waste of money. Would not recommend .
AC was repaired today by Lifeasy technician. It is not cooling. Pipes are hanging loose on front panel. Technician spent more time on unnecessarily tearing out and replacing duct tape around the AC, than he seems to have spent on fixing it. He was handling the AC roughly in front of us and has returned it with cracks on the front panel and an electric part seems to be missing from it. AC appears to have been dropped in transit to workshop. Technician was resent when I complained. He gave a partial refund, and managed to further damage the ac (in revenge?) while pretending to check it. Beware.
Lifeasy & lifeasy interiors both are same and unprofessional .... Don't give your work to these .... Cheaters
Pathetic service, poor quality , totally UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want your 7 days work to go on for 70 days go with them. All false commitments on quality, timelines & service. Without even doing work, they will keep demanding payment as if they have done a favour to you. I have to get half of the things 'redone' within 6 months of getting work from them.
The project taken was basic interior work by Lifeasy Interiors which is ongoing while i write this. However, had i checked this space, would surely have not gone ahead with this team. Highly unprofessional guys, no focus in customer satisfaction. Make sure to articulate the customer delight measure on top of payment plan. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

We had a very bad and pathetic experience with Lifeasy for our modular kitchen. Mr. Amit & Gagneet Singh Ahuja are BIG TIME CHEATERS AND FRAUD, they give fake promises and take money in advance but never complete the work and neither provided any invoices.
We had booked their services for kitchen renovation in September 2021 and till date (December end 2021) it is incomplete and now they are not picking up my calls neither responding back. We are going to file a legal case against them.
Experience with Lifeasy especially for modular kitchen is pathetic/very poor. They are cheaters, they promised for 10 years warranty but in a year , their executive Mr. Amit didn't pick up calls, do not attend any complaint.
Not even handed over bills after completion of project. Delay delivery of project.
In short, they make fake promises.
Worst company , they have not even provide me bill of kitchen renovation. Not picking up my call , cheating on name of 10 year warranty,
I have filed legal complain against them in consumer forum.

I got the interior service from lifeasy and it was fabulous. The whole work was done very professionally and in a punctual way.
I ordered 3 sets of Cooking Utensils (Includes Stirring Spoon, Spatula, and Ladle). Order confirmation See images I attached. After 2 weeks, I got 3 Spatula only. I am contacting the owner to see what will happen next. Hopefully I can get the complete sets soon. I will post another review later.

They use "jugaadu" material in order to save cost amd their products are of the lowest quality
If you want to save your hard earned money and precious time, then i suggest you to never hire these guys
A Fraud company and its partner took money on the name of franchise as deposite and as per the terms they need to refund amount within 30 days . I am chasing Mr anand singh partner of this company and he is just doing false promises and from past 3 months not picking my call lodged complaint as per section 420 against life easy and Mr anand singh . I request every one to not buy anything from this company and do not trust them they are fraud.

My 32" LED TV was repaired to my satisfaction. Mr. Sujit Kumar Jha was very helpful. The repair facility is state of the art with cutting edge instrumentation & technology. Mr sujit kumar jha showed me the TV repair workshop which is largest in delhi NCR. I was impressed with the well organised & systematic working of the workshop.
My heating system was broken for weeks, but I called these guys and they fixed my problems pretty quickly. The price was very affordable as well. The technician was very helpful and kind. He walked us through any questions or issues we had. I would definitely use these services again, and would highly recommend it to anyone having issues with their heating system.
