Purchased 100m2 of Sahara range from Melissa at PrimaPorcelain Abercanaid showroom. Very satisfied with communications and lead time from ordering to delivery. Garden looks great with lots of added natural light. Would highly recommend this range and company.

Prima porcelain provided excellent service from beginning to end. We initially ordered a few samples that arrived quickly and helped us to select our favourite (Limestone Champagne). Once we ordered, we were able to schedule our delivery on the day we wanted to align with the project timescales. I was particularly impressed that Prima Porcelain were always quick to answer my calls and were alway really helpful. I would definitely recommend. We are delighted with the end result as you can see in the photos.

We were recommended Prima Porcelain by some good friends who had used them for several projects in the past and were really happy with their service and products We initially ordered some tile samples and they came really quickly then we spent a good few days deciding what we wanted Once we had an idea we spoke to Ruslan who was so helpful and put absolutely no sales pressure on us at all. We ended up going for a more expensive tile that Ruslan gave us a really good discount on We ordered and paid for the tiles late on Friday evening and Ruslan contacted us first thing Monday with a delivery date of Wednesday. The tiles ended up being a day late but this wasn’t anything to do with Prima Porcelain - it was the delivery company and Ruslan did everything he could to find out why they were late My husband installed the patio himself and we are absolutely over the moon - the tiles are absolutely amazing. We have another area to be tiled and we’ll def be using Prima Porcelain for this project
