New project

All the works designed by Archicura seem somehow connected by an
almost invisible thread, or even a common approach shared by Paolo and Ugo Dellapiana and Francesco Bermond Des Ambrois, who constantly present new, different and unexpected projects and results.

The core of their architectural aims, and the constant focus of their attention is the emotional factor which every building can and should  have towards its users. This is the key element that contributes to the physical and mental wellness that a construction should always provide through its shape, the materials of which it is made, its function and relationship with the surrounding environment.  This allows them to escape being labelled into categories, and turns their work into something quite atypical that cannot easily  be constrained into simple descriptions, “schools of thought” or trends.

At first the doctors thought I'd either be deaf, mentally disabled or I wouldn't survive, but I came out with no visible disabilities. The baby I contracted it from, or vise versa, is now mentally disabled. I have a lot of joint related problems (mostly my back and knees). I also, didn't grow as tall as I was projected to according to my growth charts as a kid generic levitra and I have a broader rib cage with a shorter torso. Hou et al ( 102) used two collecting duct cell lines, M-1 and mIMCD3, to study claudin-4 function. Consistent with this, when expressed alone in MDCK cells, claudin-8 reduced P Na without affecting P Cl ( 105). Aldosterone was shown to upregulate the transcription of claudin-8 in the distal colon ( 106). To determine the role of claudin-3 and claudin-7, Hou et al ( 104) knocked down their expression in the collecting duct M-1 and mIMCD3 cells. While claudin-3 KD showed no significant effect on P Na or P Cl, claudin-7 KD resulted in a 30% decrease in TER with no significant change in ion selectivity. This suggested that claudin-7 acts as a non-selective ion barrier in the collecting duct. Through the Acute Psychiatry Service (APS), the Mass General Department of Psychiatry has provided consultation to emergency patients since the 1950s. With our 24-hour service, we are equipped to handle psychiatric emergencies around the clock and typically see 6,000 patients a year. We focus solely on patients with emergency psychiatric conditions. Our main objectives are to stabilize the individual and then refer him or her to appropriate follow-up treatment, either within Mass General or elsewhere..

Since 1994, this philosophy has inspired many projects that have allowed the architects to experiment in all the different areas of design, thus constantly making delicate, meaningful and poetic statements that have always been clear and sharp. They have managed to unravel centripetal forces that take their works at the core of architecture itself. This is an architectural style that often develops in silence. It embraces nature, the surrounding environment and the sky. It has its roots in vineyards, it opens the doors to those who will experience this architectural style first hand.

The path they have so far walked, and the meaningful experiences they have had, have contributed to their architectural taste, and have allowed them to grow  without losing  the enthusiasm they have for everything they design, whether they are urban projects  on a micro scale or on a macro scale.

Their motto is a quote by J.W.Von Goethe “Architecture is frozen music. It is what music would look like if we could see it”. This denotes a  particular sensitivity, almost artistic in the way they approach this discipline, which is never dull, but rather multicoloured and versatile.
