A new pavilion adjacent to an Edwardian apartment block. Designed to enjoy the view of the estuary and the sea on a steeply sloping site with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the lower level. Constructed in two phases. The first phase included the rock anchors, structural steel frame and reinforced concrete blockwork of the lower storey. Second phase completed the enclosure of the upper storey, installation of the doors and windows and the internal fit out. Project management and structural engineering was carried out by James Lockyer Associates of Liskeard, Cornwall.
