The project of the apartment in a modern style for a young family with two

children. The main task of the design was to create a space comfortable

for life, convenient for receiving guests and in which each family member would

have his own personal space.

The owners have a lot of things for which it was necessary to

provide their places of storage, including bicycles and other sports equipment. It

was important to make the living room as large and comfortable as possible to

receive guests, and to design the kitchen so that the person who cooks can

participate in the conversation and see the people in the living room. And

they really wanted to have two full-fledged lonely jobs, which, as it initially

seemed, could not be accommodated. Children should be designed so that

there is enough space for games, sleep and study of two hyperactive children.

Initially, the apartment had a long and narrow corridor from the

entrance to the bathroom door. We decided to reduce it, and add the

vacated space to the living room. The kitchen is combined with a loggia,

where a comfortable workplace for the hostess is organized. We also

managed to provide, albeit a small but secluded office for the owner, whose

entrance is in the kitchen. In one of the bathrooms organized laundry.

The project is made in a modern style with elements of

Scandinavian minimalism and loft. The main gamut of the interior is light

with color accents—gray and white colors dilute dark deep shades. In the

decoration of almost all walls and ceilings used painting. On the floor -

flooring. On the kitchen floor and on the apron used handmade

cement tiles, custom-made in a local workshop. In the decoration and

furniture used elements of the loft—metal partitions, barn door, coffee table

from the slab.

Almost all the furniture was made to order in local workshops. This

applies to both cabinet and upholstered furniture, as well as items from the

array.

The apartment has a lot of places to store clothes and shoes,

including two wardrobes in the hallway (one of them will store bicycles, etc.),

a large wardrobe for storing clothes and household items in the living room,

and wardrobes in the bedroom and nursery.
