A 6000 sq.ft villa designed in M.S.Ramahaia City in J.P.Nagar 7 th Phase, was one of the first few projects at the inception of the firm. Designed with a contemporary style of architecture, has subtle shades of vernacular planning. Conceptualized and designed over 9 months, primarily dedicated for meticulous planning to the T, including climate responsive design. Once on ground a quick execution with clear vision ensured the project completion in a record 18 months!
