The Building Has Been Designed To Accommodate Commercial Complex Suited To Various Tenants On Separate Floor Plates.

The Ground And First Floor Was Taken Over By McDonald’s. Hence The Building Facade Was Finished In Black And White ACP In Distinctive Cutting Patterns. The Concept Of VERTICALITY AND HORIZONTALITY Was Followed Up In The Concept. The Upper Floors Was Finished In A Combination Of SOLID AND VOID With A Sense Of Verticality Repeating Through The Facade Through Vertical With Finished Aluminium Louvres With Cove Lighting Behind Every Louvre. The Composition Has Been Kept Constant By Extending Out A Horizontal Frame In MS Section At The Parapet Level Finished In Black ACP.
