Testing of Materials:- We are serving with the complete facilities for all types of Civil & mechanical Testing. The purpose of an Inspection and Test Plan is to put together in a single document that records all inspection and testing requirements relevant to a specific process, Our group “SRK Consultants & Engineers” are in the field of Civil Engineering designs and testings, job mix, cement, bitumen, water, concrete cube testing, RCC bars and other testing related to Civil Eng. Deptt. We are associated with a test house which is a testing laboratory registered & approved by the Government of India, Govt. of Rajasthan, Jaipur & is in running the operation since 1996. We feel great pride for being the pioneer in setting up such type of testing laboratory in Ajmer Rajasthan (India) serving with the complete facilities for all types of Mining Minerals, physico – chemical, instrumental, mechanical Testing & Complete Analysis of miscellaneous types of raw materials and finished materials products under which the testing laboratory engaged by the Ministry of Industries, Govt. of Rajasthan, Ajmer (Raj.). We do the following test:- 1) Job Mix Formula:- We require the following Bitumens(15kg), Filler, Coarse Aggregate, Stone Dust,Lime Stone Dust Specification of BIS. & MORTH Std Report in 7 days. (2) Concrete Mix Design:- We require the following Water(25Ltrs.), Cement, Sand, Concrete, Admixture (2 Bags Each Sample) Result as per IS:456/2k (Re:2k6), IS:10262/1982 Report in 35 days. (3) We require 1Sealed Bag of cement (50kg) Result as per IS: 12269/1989 (Rev.-II), IS : 8112 / 1989, IS: 1489 (Pt-1):1991 Report in 7 & 28 Days Cement Physical Test:- (a) Initial & Final Setting Time
(b) Nominal Water Consistency (c) Compressive Strength Cement Chemical Test : (a) Lime Saturation Factor (b) Alumina Iron Ratio (c) Insoluble Residue (d) Sulphuric Anhydride (e) Loss of Ignition (f) Chlorides (as Cl) (g) Sulphate (as SO3) (4) Compression Test on Cement Concrete Cube (Per Set) One Set = 3 Cube We require sample 3 Cubes Result as per CPWD Vol.1 Sp., IS: 456/2k Report in 7 & 28 Days (5) Compression Test on Cement Masonry Mortar (Per Set) One Set = 3 Cube We require sample 3 Cubes Result as per IS: 2250/1981 Report in 7 & 28 Days (6) Fine Aggregate Test : Analysis We require sample 1 Bag (25kg) Result as per IS: 383/1970 Report in 7 Days (a) Gradation by Sieve Analysis (b) Specific Gravity (c) Finesse Modules (FM) (d) Silt Content (e) Bulk Density (f) Bulking of Fine Aggregate (Sand) (7)
