With more people moving to cities, condos have become one of the most popular residential properties for modern living. However, due to their smaller size than single-family homes, their interiors can be quite tricky to design. To choose a suitable design, factors such as optimum space utilisation, proper planning and self-expression play an essential role. Here, the interior designers and decorators from Itzin World Designs, West Bengal have created a smart interior design that offers a unique display of the lifestyle and distinct taste of the people residing in the home. Moreover, they have made sure that the entire home carries a modern, functional and comfortable design.
Featuring a neutral colour palette and fine woodwork, this dining room has a welcoming and soothing ambience. Here, the wooden room divider beautifully separates the dining space from the living while working as a highly functional TV unit. Also, to create a sense of uniformity in the décor, the dining chairs, wood panel on the ceiling and the wooden frames on the wall, carry the same tone and texture. Moreover, the lights on the false ceiling and art pieces added to the bare walls lend a dramatic touch.
This bedroom gives a fair idea of how every inch of the total space can be cleverly used, without making the room feel cluttered. Besides the centrally positioned plush bed, the room's well-planned layout also incorporates a built-in wardrobe and TV unit. Additionally, the full-length mirror installed near the wardrobe creates the illusion of a larger space.
In the same bedroom, opposite the bed is this smartly designed TV unit. Featuring a minimal construction, this unit perfectly blends in the simple setting of the room. The beige-coloured wall behind the unit has been complemented with long and sleek wood panels that create a beautiful contrast. The tray ceiling has multiple lights that add to the cosy feel, whereas the soft rug offers the required warmth in this room.
Here is another minimally designed yet beautiful creation. The wall behind the bed has floral wallpaper, whereas the blue cushioned headboard adds simplistic charm. The built-in floating side tables save floor space and assist in displaying potted plants and lamps. Also, the entire side wall has been devoted to a built-in wardrobe that delivers sufficient storage capacity and adds to the room's well-furnished appeal. Moreover, the floor-length windows invite proper light inside and offer a pleasant view of the outside.
While this bedroom's layout has been kept quite similar to the previous one, it carries its distinctive character. The accent wall features a full-length, tufted headboard for supporting a bed dressed in white bedding, and on the sides of the board is a wallpaper displaying colourful textures. The rug on the floor adds to the luxe feel offered here, whereas the unique ceiling design complements all the whites and browns used in the bedroom.
