The Raw House Duplex Scheme by Design click, Interior Designers & Decorators in Ahmedabad is a very unique concept. This project has the perfect layout with landscaping and space for parking. The similar row houses are all designed keeping in minds the needs of today’s homeowners. Let’s explore the homes with the 3D models of one of the row houses.
The exterior of the house we see here uses concrete and stone to create a great combination. The elevation from the outside looks like a modern work of art. The shapes used are geometrical, but it is the combination of the shapes and materials that creates a great contrast.
This is an aerial view of the entire project. The best thing about the project is its location and how it is surrounded by greenery on all sides. The designers have also made sure to include landscaping within the community. There is a landscaped garden inside the project with trees planted all around. The exterior of the project that connects to the road also contains a designated parking area for the cars.
This is a great view into one of the houses. From here, we can see that there are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a bathroom. One bedroom has a full-attached bathroom, whereas the other one has a half bath. However, both rooms have designated closet space. The flooring is simple and elegant. The home is furnished with the bare minimum in order to allow homeowners to furnish their homes according to their taste.
The top view shows us how the space has been distributed within the floor layout. With the two bedrooms, there is not a lot if space for anything else on this floor. The separators have been kept to the minimum in order to keep the space open.
A peek into the ground floor of the house brings us here. On the lower floor are the necessities, an extra bedroom, a kitchen and a living area. The flooring on both the floors is the same. The kitchen space might seem small, but it is sufficient since there is enough space for all the appliances and atleast two people. The dining table ahs been placed in the area adjoining the kitchen. The living room is furnished beautifully, with elegant sofas and a carpet beneath the centre table.
Back to the facade, we see that the houses have been built in pairs of twos. This way, the structure remains common, however the entryway and the interiors differ from house to house. This also saves on the space while planning, designing and building homes.
The last look at this well-executed project shows us a frontal view of the houses. The elegant wooden door has a short flight of steps leading up to it. Each home also has a terrace with a metal grill for protection.15 ideas to improve your Indian kitchen.
