There is something attractive about traditional homes and whether it is the fact that reminds you of a time that you were younger or the fact that it combines everything that is good you’re your soul and body, such homes always please on every level. Here, the architects of GEOMETRIXS ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS have put together a home that satisfies all your sensibilities equally. By using the natural shapes of the space, they have managed to make a home that is pleasing, beautiful and attractive.

Exceptional first impression

The first look of the home is nothing short of impressive. The archway in wood which has been created on the front elevation of the home is beautiful and it can be used to greenery in the front.Add creepers with flowers and allow them to creep all the way to the top and you have a unique archway for the home.

Grand welcome

This elaborate woodwork in the foyer is a wonderful way to announce that this home is essentially traditional. The wooden panels separate the spaces elegantly and beautifully. The use of wood in a small portion on the ceiling is creative as there is intricate work included in the same. Adding lights below it will add another element of design to this space.

Old-world charm

A space dedicated for idols is quite common in Indian homes but how well you create spaces that are unique is what will distinguish one from the other. Here, a large idol is flanked by mythical creatures in wood creating a wonderful eye-catching area. This could very well work in the entrance of the home or in a room that is dedicated for rituals or prayers.

Modest Kitchen

Sometimes the best kitchen designs are the ones that do not include extensive designing. Here, by combining granite shelves and counters with a modular kitchen, the designers have made an optimal use of space. The granite shelf acts as a wonderful breakfast counter as well. The modular portion of the kitchen is adequate for storage.
