This DIY project will teach you how to create a kitchen memo board that will also serve as a decorating object. You can be able to use the board to make your grocery shopping list and to add small reminders from day to day. Ready to roll? Check for the steps below:

20 minutesDifficultyEasy

Step 1: Gather the necessary items

To create your own kitchen reminder board you will need a cutting board, hot glue, rubber band or tape, paper fasteners, rope and a paper roll.

Step 2: Prepare the paper roll

Insert the cord into the hole in the paper roll.

Step 3: Attach the paper roll to the wooden board

The cord must have long size to be tied around the top of the board.

Step 4: Insert the elastic to the board

You can use a rubber band or even any elastic tape. Make sure you can run the paper under the elastic.

Step 5: Adjust the paper roll

After that, pull out the paper roll and slip it under the elastic.

Step 6: Passing glue onto paper clip

The next step is to pass hot glue onto the paper clip. If you prefer, you can attach the fastener with a nail instead of using the glue.

Step 7: Fasten the paper clip

Press the fastener onto the board to secure the glue. Now you can insert the papers to the paperclip and use them to jot down your reminders.

Step 8: Hang the reminder board in the kitchen

Your reminder box is ready! You can already hang it in the kitchen to decorate and make your notes! Also learn another interesting DIY project here.
